While in-depth training is included with all of our climbing walls, our consulting packages allow existing facilities and start-ups access to more detailed information and one-on-one help and guidance.
Start-up Consulting Package
Tailored around your needs, this full day of one-on-one consulting in Boulder, Colorado will help you:
- Evaluate your potential opportunity and create a winning business plan
- Weigh pros and cons of different buildings and layouts and guide you regarding operations for optimal success
- Focus on your market’s demographics to give an accurate depiction of operating costs and potential profits for your unique project
- Gain access to startup and financial information from the Boulder Rock Club including the original business plan which generated complete financing in just a month, and actual financial records detailing over 10 years of successful operations
Our goal is to help you design and develop a world class climbing facility. The investment for the Start- Up Consulting Package is $2000. This full amount will be applied to the cost of construction when Eldorado Wall Company builds your climbing structure.
We offer site visits to help you determine facility suitability, structural limitations and potential problem areas of a prospective facility. This will help:
- Make sure your needs won’t require too much additional capital
- Guide you on effective layouts and construction options
- Discuss how programming can help you reach your goals and how it affects the design of your facility and climbing structure
The fee for the Site Visit Consulting is $1000 plus travel. This $1000 will be applied to the cost of construction once Eldorado Wall Company is contracted to build your climbing structure.
Advanced Operational Training Package
Geared towards climbing gym and wall managers, this full day of intense training in our offices and at the Boulder Rock Club focuses on management, marketing, and programming. Like fitness clubs, climbing wall managers face the challenge of developing and managing a membership base, while offering a variety of programs to flex capacity. We will walk you through the finer points of operation, from membership structure to customer interaction. This package comes with a staff training manual, risk management materials, and operational forms. The investment for the Advanced Operational Training Package is $2000. Eldorado Wall Company clients, for whom we have built a climbing wall, are eligible to receive a substantial discount.
Annual Inspections and Staff Training
Annual inspections and ongoing staff training are designed to enhance the success and safety of your facility. Conducted at your facility, these custom designed processes will complement risk management, accreditation, program development and staff turnover issues. The fee is $2000 plus travel.
Climbing Wall Training Package *comes with all walls we build and install*
No job is complete until we have trained you on the operations of your new climbing wall. This half-day session gives you hands-on training in routesetting, maintenance, and risk management. You receive:
- Complete operations manual detailing administration, maintenance, and risk management
- Manuals for instructors, guides, and team-building facilitators
The Climbing Wall Training Package is available only to Eldorado Wall Company clients and is included with every climbing wall we build.
Our relationship does not end with the completion of your climbing structure; we will be available to you to guide you and answer questions that may arise as you move forward with your facility programming.
