While in-depth training is included with all of our climbing walls, our consulting packages allow existing facilities and start-ups to access the information critical to the unprecedented success of the Boulder Rock Club and the hundreds of other public and private climbing wall facilities we have helped develop.

This full day of one-on-one consulting in Boulder, Colorado, will help you to evaluate your potential opportunity by giving you access to startup and financial information from the Boulder Rock Club. This session will be tailored around your needs whether you're creating a winning business plan, weighing pros and cons of different buildings and layouts or need help with setting up operations for optimal success. Our goal is to help you design & develop a world class climbing facility. Two powerful tools included in this consulting day are the Boulder Rock Club's original business plan, which generated complete financing in just over a month, and actual financial records detailing over ten years of successful operation. Using these tools as reference, we will guide you through the entire start-up process, focusing on your market's demographics to give an accurate depiction of operating costs and potential profits for your unique project.

The price for the Start-Up Consulting Package is $2000. This full amount will be applied to your first deposit when you decide to have Eldorado Wall Company build your climbing wall.

We offer site visits to help you determine facility suitability, structural limitations and potential problem areas of a chosen location. We can help you to determine whether a facility might meet your needs or perhaps will require too much additional capital to be a viable solution. We will advise you on the most effective layout and construction options for your climbing facility. Additionally, we will discuss why programming can help you reach your goals and how it affects the design of your climbing wall or bouldering location.

The price for the Site Visit Consulting is $800 plus travel. This $800 will be applied, in full, to your first deposit when you decide to have Eldorado Wall Company build your climbing wall.

No job is complete until we have trained you on the operations of your new climbing wall. This half-day session gives you hands-on training in route setting, maintenance, and safety. You will receive a complete operational manual detailing administration, maintenance, route setting, staffing, forms and waivers, and programming. The training literature also includes manuals for instructors, guides, and team-building facilitators. Our relationship does not end with the completion of your climbing structure; we will be able to serve you by phone to guide you and answer questions that arise as you move forward with your facility and programming.

The Climbing Wall Training Package is available only to clients and is included with every climbing wall we build.

This training package is custom tailored to your facility type and staff needs whether a private climbing gym, school or college program, community recreation center, resort or camp. Generally a full day (or more) of intense training at the Boulder Rock Club or your location will focus on general management, risk management, marketing, route setting and programming. We have the tools and the models to help make your climbing program more successful. This package will be highly customized to meet your unique needs and goals. The program includes phone consultation, site visit, a staff training manual, challenge course manual, risk management materials, and operational forms. Inspection and assessment of existing climbing structures is also an option.

The price for the Advanced Climbing Wall Management Training is $2000 per day. Eldorado Wall Company clients, for whom we have built a climbing gym, are eligible to receive a substantial discount.
