ROAD CREW

We are looking for construction staff to travel and install all types of rock climbing walls. Candidates must have construction experience of some kind and be focused on learning the specific construction and artistic skills we use. The lifestyle includes working hard on awesome projects all over the country, making good paychecks, and having chunks of time off between projects. This is not a job for everyone. If you are willing to take on the challenges of travel and hard work, you are rewarded with being a part of the creation of some truly outstanding structures and learning a ton about building all kinds of things. We have room for entry level as well as more experienced construction people. Starting wage $12-16 depending on experience and skills. Frequent reviews and raises as skills are acquired. JOB LEADERS

We are looking for experienced construction people with leadership skills who would like to get on the fast track to leading climbing wall projects. The job description is the same as the Road Crew with added responsibility and glory. Candidates must have solid construction experience, good communication skills and the ability to teach and lead. The Job Leaders are the face of Eldorado Wall Company on the jobsite, so responsibility and maturity are required. Starting wage $12-16 depending on experience and skills. SHOTCRETE ROCKWORK ARTISTS

We are looking for hard working artists, or people experienced in hand sculpting architectural and decorative rockwork. We would love to hear about your experience with shotcrete and different methods of framing and sculpting. Wage negotiable depending on experience and skills. FABRICATION SHOP STAFF-ELDORADO

This position requires little or no travel and you get to build great rock climbing wall parts, pieces and accessories in our shop here in Boulder. Skills that we use are steelwork and welding, GFRC, various power tools and painting. We expect candidates to have hands-on skills of some kind, and we will train the rest. FRANKLIN HANDHOLDS SHOP STAFF

We are looking for one more person to join our handhold production staff in making the industry’s strongest handholds. Candidates should have some kind of hands-on skills and attention to detail.
