Three Forms, One Modular Approach

3 Modular
Systems

Bolt-together climbing walls that are affordable, durable, and weather-proof. Choose from a freestanding tower that becomes a focal point, a wall that connects to an existing structure, and a panel-based outdoor traverse wall designed for parks and playgrounds.

Panorama Wall

The Panorama Wall is a 'traverse wall' built for public outdoor use. Simple, affordable, durable. Set one section or several. Curve the wall around a path. Let kids and adults find their own lines.

8' high × 8' wide, double-sided bouldering & traverse panels
Engineered plywood or HDPE plastic construction
T-nuts pre-installed for fresh route-setting
Set any number of panels in linear or articulated runs
Built for decades of outdoor use
Chamelon Tower

When there's no wall to mount to — or when a tower is the architectural statement — the Chameleon stands on its own. Specify the height. Specify the color. Done.

4' wide × 7' tall panels around an 8'-5" diameter base
Bolts to a concrete pad with included steel substructure
6 climbers in standard config
Available Heights: 21' · 25' · 35'
Indoor or outdoor rated
Gecko Wall

The Gecko turns any blank wall into a vertical playground. Each 4' × 7' panel connects to a  steel substructure that bolts to an existing wall. Expand horizontally, vertically, or both. Reconfigure later. Climb today.

Key Features

Why Choose a
Modular Wall?

Eldorado's modular climbing systems install in days, not weeks or months. Standardized panels, configurable layouts, indoor or outdoor — for schools, parks, FECs, ski resorts, and beyond.

Installs in Days, Not Weeks

Modular panels ship anywhere, install with hand tools, and are ready for climbing in a few days. A 2-3 person crew with basic construction skills can assemble these modular structures without specialty contractors.

Cost-Effective by Design

Standardized panels mean predictable pricing. No custom sculpting, no specialty trades, no surprises. The most accessible commercial climbing investment Eldorado offers.

Ships Anywhere

Lightweight parts are tightly packaged and can be shipped anywhere. Resort in the Caribbean? Community center in rural Australia? The system travels.

Programmable, Not Fixed

Auto-belays, route-setting holds, and accessory packages let you tune the climbing experience for your audience — kids, athletes, first-timers, or all three on the same structure.

Indoor or Outdoor, Same System

Weather-proof and UV-rated. The same Gecko or Chameleon panels works in a school gym in Minnesota or a plaza in Phoenix.

Configure to Fit, Not Compromise

Designed on a modular grid, your wall can grow or be moved. Expand upward or outward as participation increases or budget allows.

Autobelay

Climbing Without
a Belay Partner

TRUBLUE Auto Belays let climbers run laps without a partner — critical for facilities with limited staff and steady throughput.

Flooring

Fall Protection
That Holds Up

The flooring system carries every fall, every drop-off, and years of traffic. We engineer two systems for two different climbing styles.

Frequently Asked Questions

How fast can I have a climbing wall?
Most Modular projects ship within 8 weeks of order, and install in 2–5 days depending on configuration. Faster than any other Eldorado system.
Do I need a specialty contractor?
No. Modular is engineered to install with a 2–3 person crew with basic construction skills. Eldorado provides install guides, video walkthroughs, and phone support.
Can I install Modular outdoors?

Yes. Every Gecko, Chameleon, and Panorama panel is UV- and weather-rated. Same hardware, same installation, indoor or outdoor.

What's the difference between Gecko and Chameleon?

The Gecko mounts to an existing wall. The Chameleon is a freestanding tower that bolts to a concrete pad. Same panel size, different structural approach.

What's the Panorama Wall for?
Outdoor public installations — parks, playgrounds, plazas, schoolyards. Double-sided panels with pre-installed T-nuts for ongoing route-setting. Built for decades of outdoor use.
Can I expand a Modular wall later?
Yes. The modular grid is designed for expansion. Add panels horizontally, vertically, or both. Most clients start with a starter config and grow as the program grows.
Does Modular work for serious climbing programs?
For training programs, school PE, fitness centers, and recreational climbing — yes. For high-end climbing gyms with complex overhangs and competition-grade routes, Panelized is usually the better fit.
How long do Modular climbing walls last?
20+ years with standard maintenance. Inspections should be performed every 3 years for outdoor walls, 4 years for indoor.
