Key Features

Why Choose a
Panelized Wall?

Every panelized installation is custom-designed for your customers, space, and budget. We handle structural engineering, shape design, fabrication, finish selection, and installation — delivered by the same Colorado-based team that's been building commercial climbing walls since 1994.

The Route-Setter's Canvas

Large, flat planes and a dense T-nut grid give route setters more real estate, more hold density, and more creative flexibility than any other system Eldorado builds

Fully Custom Geometry

Every Panelized Wall is designed to your programming needs and space constraints. Angles, features, and terrain blend are specified project by project — not chosen from a catalog.

Unlimited Color and Finish Options

Match your brand palette, go for natural finishes, or spec a signature finish. Panelized is the system that says what you want it to say.

Proprietary Textured Surface

Eldorado's panelized finish is tuned for climbing performance — grippy enough for smears and open-hand moves, gentle enough to protect skin across daily use.

Built for Daily Commercial Volume

Engineered for high-traffic indoor and outdoor use: gyms, universities, rec centers, corporate amenity spaces. The system most of the industry runs on.

Modern, Architectural Aesthetic

Planar geometry with clean lines reads as contemporary architecture, not a rock formation. A fit for brand-forward commercial spaces where design matters as much as climbing.

Natural Wood Finish Option

Panelized walls can be composed of panels with natural wood finishes. Choose from different tones for some or all of your wall.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does a panelized wall cost?
Commercial panelized walls are priced per project based on square footage, terrain complexity, finish, and site conditions. Most commercial installations start in the mid-five figures and scale from there. We provide detailed quotes after a consultation call.
How long does the process take?
Typical timelines run 12–24 weeks from signed proposal to opening day, depending on design complexity, engineering review, and site conditions. We work backward from your target opening date to build a realistic schedule.
Can panelized walls go outdoors?

Yes. Our outdoor panelized system uses all-weather materials, UV-stable finishes, and climate-appropriate hardware. It's been specified for parks, resort properties, school campuses, and amenity spaces across the country.

Do you handle engineering and permitting?

Structural engineering is completed in-house on every project. We deliver stamped drawings and coordinate with your architect, general contractor, or facilities team on the permitting process — though permits themselves are typically pulled by the GC on record.

Can I integrate my brand colors and finishes?
Yes. Color, finish texture, and architectural detailing are part of the design process. We regularly work with in-house brand teams and third-party designers to deliver walls that look like your space, not a generic climbing wall.
What kind of maintenance does a panelized wall need?
Routine maintenance is minimal — T-nut inspections, hardware checks, and periodic finish touch-ups. We offer scheduled inspection and refurbishment services to keep walls in service for decades. Full refurbishment is available as an alternative to replacement when walls reach end-of-life.
Can I add holds, volumes, and features over time?
Yes. The dense T-nut grid is designed for ongoing route-setting, volume use, and feature additions. Most commercial walls are reset on a regular rotation — weekly, monthly, or quarterly depending on your programming.
Where do you install?
Nationwide across the United States, and internationally on a project basis. Our installation crews travel from Colorado; we coordinate freight and on-site work as part of every project.
