Shipping

DIY Panels are packaged on a pallet and, because of their size and weight, must be shipped via freight carrier. The shipping cost is calculated based on weight, package footprint, and delivery location. Eldorado receives real time shipping quotes for your order and shipping costs may vary week to week.

Your Order

Eldorado’s DIY climbing panels, and floor mats are typically shipped on pallets that are 4’x4’. Hand holds ship separately, directly from the manufacturer.

In-stock panels ship within five business days of order placement. All other products are made to order and typically ship within 10 business days of order placement. If you need to expedite your order, please call (303) 447-0512, and we will see if we can move things around in our manufacturing queue.

ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS SHIPPED

You will receive an email notification with tracking information.

• Expect a PHONE CALL from the carrier to arrange delivery time and details. Avoid letting calls go to voicemail. The carrier cannot deliver your order until you have scheduled a delivery appointment.

DELIVERY

• The driver will place the pallet at the curb. They will not assist you with getting the pallet into the building. You are responsible for getting the order into the building, unpacking the order, and disposing of the shipping materials.

• DO NOT SIGN for your shipment until you have inspected the packaging and the products thoroughly for any damage.
• If damage is found, document any damage in writing and with photo evidence. You must initiate the filing of the damages claim with the driver/carrier BEFORE THEY LEAVE.
• Contact Eldorado Climbing (303-447-0512 or orders@eldowalls.com) ASAP to discuss the claim and options for replacing or keeping the damaged product.
• If you receive or sign for your shipment without inspecting the actual products or documenting any damages, you could lose your ability to file a damage claim with the carrier.
